Appointment booking
To book an appointment, simply call (02) 4226 2660 and speak with our friendly staff. No online booking is available.
Note: A valid GP or specialist referral is required to make an appointment with Assoc Prof Jaber.
Appointment cancellation
You will need to call our clinic to defer or cancel your appointment. As there are many people in the waiting list to be given appointment, good notice of cancellation is appreciated, so we can book another patient in.
Note: Cancelling your appointment the same day of booked consultation will not help other patients to take the spot, as it might be too short a notice for them. Moreover, due to the very busy practice, your new appointment after deferring the first one might only become available in a few weeks.
What to bring to your consultation?
- Medicare, health care card and Private Health Insurance card if any.
- A valid Referral letter from your GP or referring specialist (or ensure that a referral has been sent to us directly).
- All x-rays, scans, pathology or test results relating to your problem.
